Your team builds a campaign in Knak, then it's time to launch it in five markets. Someone has to export the copy, open a ticket with the localization team, and wait. By the time translations come back, the campaign has already slipped.
The wxrks Knak Connector closes that gap. Once an admin sets it up, anyone on your marketing team can request a translation straight from Knak, no wxrks login, no separate tool, no waiting on a ticket queue.

Request a Translation Without Leaving Knak
A Knak user opens the email or landing page that needs translating, goes to the Translate tab, and clicks Request Translation. They pick the source language, check off the target languages they need, add a due date and any notes, and submit. That's the entire request, from inside the tool your marketers already use every day.
One Click, One Project, Every Language
Request five languages for the same email, and wxrks groups them into a single project instead of five separate ones. Your localization team reviews and manages one project per asset, not one per language, so tracking progress stays simple even as the number of markets grows. It's the same project-per-asset model behind our Contentful connector.
Built to Run Without Babysitting
Setup is a one-time job for an admin. Connect a wxrks org unit to Knak with an API token, then register a webhook so Knak notifies wxrks the moment someone requests a translation. From then on, every request flows in automatically and lands in the right org unit, using its default source language and contact if the request doesn't specify one. Nobody has to relay requests by hand.
Secure by Default
The connection between wxrks and Knak runs on a webhook secret that only appears once, at the moment it's created. If it's ever lost, an admin can regenerate it in a couple of clicks. Connector access itself is gated by your wxrks plan, so only admins and system admins can set up or change a configuration. The same access model backs our Bitbucket connector.
How It Works
- Connect. An admin links a wxrks org unit to Knak with an API token and a webhook.
- Request. A Knak user opens an asset, picks target languages, and submits the request.
- Translate. wxrks creates the project automatically and runs it through your team's translation workflow.
- Deliver. The finished translation lands back in Knak, ready to review and publish.
