1. Filter and Select Your Content

Open the wxrks app inside Contentful. Use our native filters to search by text, content types, or tags. Select exactly what you need, whether it is a single landing page or 50 blog posts, without ever leaving your CMS.

2. Send to wxrks

Click "Create project on wxrks", name your batch, choose your target languages, and hit send. The integration automatically routes your content to the correct localization workflows, applying your Translation Memories (TM) instantly.

3. Fetch Translations Automatically

Track the progress of your locales in real-time under the "List Projects" tab. Once the translations hit the Delivered status, simply click Fetch translations. The wxrks app will instantly map and write the localized text directly back into your original Contentful fields as unpublished drafts, ready for final review.

(In a rush? You can use the "Force" action to pull partially completed translations if you have an urgent go-to-market deadline!)
