Subprocessors

This list is incorporated into our Data Processing Agreement by clause 6.1.2. It is maintained here rather than inside that agreement so it can be kept current without a contract amendment.
Customers receive at least 30 days' prior notice before a new subprocessor is authorised, and may object under clause 6.2 of the Data Processing Agreement. Previous versions of this list are retained and available on request, so a customer can identify the subprocessors engaged at any given date.

Artificial intelligence and machine learning
AI subprocessors are accessed via enterprise APIs and do not use customer data to train their models. Some providers may temporarily retain data for a limited period strictly for security and abuse monitoring; that data is encrypted at rest and permanently deleted on expiry of the retention period, which is typically under 30 days.
