Adding New Dimensions to Post-editing Metrics

As AI becomes more and more prevalent we need to be able to highlight human effort. Part of this effort shows through the number of edits, but part of it is also reflected by the time spent in every segment.

The more transparency, the more tools our users have to understand deeper insights into their own work and productivity as well as to their organization as a whole.

Now users can see the time they spent on every segment. It’s an important datapoint that will be useful in our mission to find better and better ways to help users assess translation effort in this post-AI society.

Say It Your Way! Synonyms Now available in our Glossary

Ever feel like your glossary is a little too... literal?

You can now add synonymous terms at the glossary level. Just add one or more extra terms for the same language pair, and boom, done.

Because “translation” isn’t always one-to-one, and neither are the words we use to describe it. This is just the beginning of a long journey towards expanding the treatment of contextual nuances through our Context-Sensitive apparatus.

Our Website Now Speaks 5 More Languages

We’ve translated our site into Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, and Swedish.

Why? Because search is evolving. AI is changing how people find information, GPT, Perplexity, even Google is shifting toward AI-first responses.

So while organic search is in flux, we’re using our strengths: Context Sensitivity, Smells, and Sous Chef, because showing up in search is still kind of a big deal.
