Your wxrks settings, reorganized

We've reorganized the Settings and Organizational Unit pages in wxrks, and I wanted you to see it before it reaches your workspace. It goes live within the next two weeks. Your current setup stays as it is, and there's nothing to do today.

What's changing

1. Every setting has a clear home. Settings now sit in seven groups: Account, Identity & Security, Translation, AI, Automation, Portal & Routing, and Finance & Billing.
2. The Organizational Unit page gets a side menu. The rows of tabs are replaced by a side menu grouped into Setup, Translation, People, Delivery and Commercial, with settings in focused cards.
3. The global search finds settings. Type what you're looking for, pick the unit, and it takes you straight to the right option.

What you can do that you couldn't before

• Organizational Unit template: set the defaults every new unit starts with, and choose whether a change also goes to existing units.
• Due dates: start from a ready-made pace and see the resulting deadline as you type.
• Notifications: preview each email as your team receives it, and choose who gets which emails, unit by unit.
• Access: every member's role is visible in the list, without opening each person.

When

• Now: Nothing changes, and there's nothing you need to do.
• Within the next two weeks: The new layout goes live in your workspace. Your current configuration carries over as it is.
